We’re proud to say that this year we have a 96.1% retention rate for 1040 clients and a 93% retention rate for business returns. That’s compared to a national average of a 78% to 85% retention rate cited by the CPA Journal. The same article noted that the best CPA firms have a retention rate of 93-95%.
